Rankings use the highest treadwear grade NHTSA lists for each tire line. Grades compare tires tested under the same government procedure; they are not mileage promises.

  The 100 tire lines with the highest UTQG treadwear grade in NHTSA's data.

  Brands ranked by how many tire lines carry NHTSA UTQG ratings.

• Tires with a B temperature grade

  Tire lines whose best temperature grade is B, sorted by treadwear.

• Tires with a treadwear grade of 800 or more

  Every tire line with a UTQG treadwear grade of 800 or higher.

• Tires with AA traction and A temperature grades

  Tire lines holding the top traction (AA) and temperature (A) grades, sorted by treadwear.
